    We recently included the above post in an email to IT Pros asking them to tell us the apps they are interested in.

    Remote control/VNC would certainly be a good candidate for a new App. There currently aren't any Apps devoted to remote control, and the remote control features built into Spiceworks are very limited.

    The Spiceworks Agent is meant for improving the quality and consistency of our inventory data that we already scan. The SW Agent does not provide any remote control capabilities. For more info: http://community.spiceworks.com/help/Spiceworks_Agent.
