Help Desk plugin

I am making plugin for Spiceworks Breakthrough App Challenge for Help Desk.
Is this plugin acceptable for this challenge? If so, how can I upload the same in Cloud?
Or something else are you looking for this Challenge?
Please suggest me.

    Hi Sumitra,
    For the challenge, you must build a Platform app using the Platform APIs and utilize at least one of the Spiceworks Platform launch points. Plugins do not qualify for the prizes.

    Are you running into difficulty creating a Platform app? If so, is there anything we can help with?

    Thanks for your reply. I want to create a app for Help Desk Tickets Survey. Can I build a web application for the same. If so, how can I load my WEB APP into Spiceworks?
    Can you please guide me? It will help me a lot.

    Sure, you can definitely build a Help Desk Tickets Survey as a Platform App. Have you taken a look at the Cloud App Getting Started guide, yet: developers.spiceworks.com/getting-started/? That will get you started with building a simple Platform App.

    Are you looking for help with actually building the App, or would you like help deciding what type of Help Desk Tickets survey App would IT pros be interested in? Either way, I'm happy to help.

    Hello Michael ,

    My app is ready now but the thing is that where should I put the app to go it live?
    in devpost today also there is no place for submission. How do I publish my app.
    Please let me know the steps for go live.

    Hi Sumitra,

    I responded via email, but for anyone else wondering: we will be opening submissions shortly via the DevPost page, http://spiceworks.devpost.com/submissions. You will only need to fill out a form with your app's information.

    The app will need to be publicly accessible somewhere on the web, and you will provide us with any information we may need to test your app.

    Hi Sumitra,

    Submissions are open for the Challenge. You should see a button on the right side that says "Enter a submission." This button can be found on this page or on the main page - http://spiceworks.devpost.com

    When you click submit, you will need to create a new DevPost project, then submit that project to the Spiceworks Challenge. When you submit the project to the Spiceworks Challenge, you will be asked to provide specific information related to this challenge, such as the permissions your app needs.
