Stuck in page not found

After creating a new app, I'm redirected to /settings/apps which shows a page not found error. I try logging out/in, still takes me to this page. How can I clear out this redirect and go back to the default?

    Hmm, I haven't seen that behavior before. I'll PM you to get your DB and logs to see if we can find out what the issue is.
