can i allow creation of bills or survey on closed ticket

can I allow It pros to create invoice, bills, survey on a closed ticket or just on the open ticket only

    Absolutely. Those are tasks that many IT pros are looking to do after the ticket is closed. Feel free to update the ticket after it has been closed.
